The Zimmedaar Nagrik App an effort to reach out to citizens in a newer way

The ZimmFortune Tiger edaar Nagrik App is an effort to reach out to the citizens in a newer way. The app aims to improve communication with customers in a Zimmedaar smart way, to strengthen our service delivery and improve customer experience.

It provides a platform to customers to register their complaints with photos, forward complaints to higher authorities, provide transactional feedback against attended complaints, report misuse of company properties, power and water theft, fogging schedule, OHT cleaning schedule in company facilities, meter reading of Co. Premises, Utility bill inquiry, Make payment and download invoice in PDF, Informs the latest events, etc.
